					<description>I wish you would make some additional comments on outsourcing to India vs. China at the level of the technology involved.  I imagine that the type of IT outsourcing most suited to each country is different (India - customer support, because of the population of English speakers China - engineering, because of the level of education and infrastructure the government can provide).  That's my guess for the future at least - what do you think?

What you say about Gartner is ironic, considering they're recommending that India outsource some of their outsourcing:
